Lesly Quintal, Vice President, Professional Development and Member Experience

Lesly is a Marketing Specialist at CADSI, Canada's national defence and security industry association, responsible for marketing across the association's domestic and international programs. Her work helps Canadian companies connect with the government, navigate international markets, and build the partnerships that strengthen Canada's defence industrial base.

What Lesly loves most about her work is the chance to contribute to something bigger than herself. She loves the organized chaos of trade shows, where every conversation has the potential to spark a new idea, partnership, or perspective. The melting pot of people, stories, and shared knowledge is what keeps her coming back. A natural problem solver, she enjoys untangling complex challenges and believes the best solutions are built together.

Raised in the country, Lesly spent much of her childhood on horseback after discovering her love of riding at age four. While life has taken her in other directions, she hopes to return to the saddle one day. These days, her greatest adventure is raising her daughter, Edlyn. Nurturing Edlyn's curiosity, confidence, and free spirit is one of her greatest joys, even if she's fully aware those lessons will come back to keep her on her toes one day.
