Carine Midy, Vice President, Membership Strategy and Growth

Carine is a communications leader with more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, issues management, and public participation. She currently serves as a Communications Manager in the federal public service.

Throughout her career, Carine has been passionate about building relationships, fostering meaningful engagement, and creating opportunities for collaboration. Her experience spans the public and non-profit sectors, where she has led initiatives that connect diverse audiences, strengthen partnerships, and support organizational objectives.

Carine is currently pursuing a Master of Communications Management. As VP, Membership Strategy and Growth, she is committed to strengthening connections within Ottawa’s communications community, supporting member engagement and professional development, and helping create a welcoming and inclusive experience for both new and existing IABC Ottawa members.
