2026 mentorship has now closed.

The Members Connect Program is an IABC Ottawa members-only mentorship program that connects communications professionals anywhere on the career roadmap. It is an opportunity to share knowledge, teach, support, and build meaningful relationships among other things. 

The program runs from February to June, with the option of continuing that mentorship relationship moving forward. Program participants can expect monthly meetings with their mentor/mentee, multiple opportunities to network and learn from other pairs and the opportunity to be publicly recognized for their commitment to mentorship.

Who is this for?

Mentees: Someone looking to gain knowledge about a particular field or subject matter.
Mentors: Someone looking to share knowledge about a particular field or subject matter.
