Aishwarya Chauhan, Vice President, Digital Communications and Strategy

Aishwarya builds the bridge between complex organizational strategy and high-impact human stories.

With a decade of experience partnering with executive leaders in the public and non-profit sectors, Aishwarya specializes in transforming institutional priorities into measurable brand equity. As a trusted advisor, her work spans the full spectrum of modern communications from high-stakes crisis mitigation and executive speechwriting to data-driven digital campaigns that move audiences to action.

Currently, Aishwarya drives multi-channel marketing and communications strategy at Carleton University. At IABC, Aishwarya leads strategy to boost digital engagement, amplify initiatives and connect members as the Co-VP of Digital Communications & Strategy.

Her strategic perspective is deeply global and cultural. Having lived in three countries and traveled to over 15, Aishwarya brings a sharp lens of cultural empathy and global nuance to every campaign she touches. Rather than focusing solely on digital metrics like open rates or page views, she evaluates how communication builds sustainable community trust.

To further align her creative instincts with business acumen and organizational strategy, Aishwarya is currently completing her Professional MBA at the Sprott School of Business. Driven by the belief that modern communicators must speak the language of the boardroom, she is dedicated to executing strategies that drive both narrative success and organizational growth.
