Anu Naveen Sharma, President

Anu is a Senior Consultant at Crestview Strategy, a global public affairs agency that helps organizations navigate complex government relations, communications and reputation challenges.

With close to two decades of experience across North America and India, Anu has worked across internal and external communications, executive communications, crisis communication, digital marketing and strategic storytelling. She advises organizations and leaders on navigating change, strengthening reputation and aligning communications with business priorities.

Anu believes communication is most effective when it helps leaders make better decisions, bring people along and turn strategy into action. She is passionate about the role communication professionals play in navigating uncertainty, shaping decisions and creating meaningful impact.

Currently studying Strategic Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Anu is particularly interested in the intersection of business acumen, AI ethics and governance, change management and leadership communication. She is passionate about helping organizations adopt emerging technologies responsibly while maintaining trust, transparency and human connection. She is also a proud graduate of Algonquin College’s Public Relations program.

Outside of work, Anu enjoys meeting new people, exploring new ideas and spending time with her son, Atharv, who reminds her every day to see the world with curiosity and kindness.
