Janna is a practical problem-solver who helps leaders and teams tackle complex challenges and communicate clearly. With nearly 20 years advising senior executives at Deloitte, TELUS, and CGI on strategy, transformation, and global communications, she brings clarity to complexity and ensures diverse perspectives are heard.

She has served as President and Vice President of her condominium board for nearly a decade, providing governance for more than 400 residents. As a mentor with IABC Toronto and Ottawa, she values the mutual learning that comes from guiding early-career communications professionals; some of her favourite moments come from helping others spot new paths or possibilities in their careers.

Since moving to Ottawa, she has made a ritual of feeding chickadees on the nearby NCC trails and discovering new corners of the city with friends. She’s keen to create opportunities to explore emerging trends, from AI to new approaches to measurement.
